The East High Alumni Page Seeks Assistant Webmaster
The East High Alumni Page on the World Wide Web seeks an East graduate to volunteer to serve as an assistant webmaster for the page(s). The assistant webmaster would asist the webmaster in adding new and updating information on the page and would be in a position to temporarily take full reponsibilities for maintaing the page should the webmaster become unable to do so until the board of advisors made permanent arrangements.

Persons considering helping in this manner should have a sincere interest in promoting alumni communication and a high quality alumni page presentation, be willing to frequently look at our alumni page, and to commmunicate and work with the webmaster and the proposed board of advisors. They should have a working knowlege of the protocols used in creating Web pages and uploading and downloading to Web servers, as well as use of e-mail. Certain activities might be designated the responsibility of the assistant webmaster or specific updates might be requested of him/her. The assistant webmaster would be responsible to the webmaster in helping maintain the alumni pages and would be invited to participate in discussions with the board of advisors to help establish the direction of The East High Alumni Page. The nature of this activity requires the assistant webmaster to have access to the Internet.
