Google Drive - Click here to download Answers to a couple of frequently asked questions About identifying people in reunion pictures by name: The East High Alumni Page does not provide names of people in photographs. At the first reunion for which coverage was provided it was learned that not everyone wanted their name a photograph on the Internet. Since then, the policy for reunion photos is not to provide names. Reunion Committees are encouraged to provide identifying information. The East High Alumni Page will be glad to assist by numbering photos or, for the class group photo, providing an outline drawing with numbers associated with each person in the photo along with information on this pages about how to obtain the information from the Reunion Committee. About the casual nature of the snapshots: The East High Alumni Page calls its photos of reunions snapshots. The reason is that the editor does not believe reunion activities should be interrupted for photos taken by an outside entity. So "action" snapshots are taken with hopes that enough are taken with sufficient angles to get face shots of most of the attendees. Those of you involved in the reunion who take photos have no need for such restrictions as they are part of the event, so many of their photos, also posted here, may have more traditional composition with most of the people facing the camera and expecting the photo to be taken. |
