Estella Billingsley [last updated August, 2005> It is truly wonderful to see this site. I was Drum Majorette in 1981 and have been living in Texas since graduating college. I became a Consumer Banker for the largest Bank in the country, that experience made it possible for me to broker mortgage loans and thus I now own my own Mortgage Company. I married my first-love and we have two brillant little scholars, Danny and Nia. In my reflective times, I look back on the good times at East High School(EHS) and the proud roar of the Mighty Mustangs. I've shared many EHS stories with my daughter, who wishes she had attended EHS. I encourage the Class of 81 to look back at the good ole days and seriously think about reuniting to formulate a plan for our next milestone reunion. I look forward to hearing from the Class of 1981. Class of '81 is planning its reunion and I wanted to create a piece. I was number 10 in our class. I was in many clubs at East, including Debs, Choir, Science, and played Tennis. I am presently employed in the legal department at FedEx Express for the past 10 years. I worked on Poplar in a law office for 13 years prior to this job. I have three wonderful children and Mimi to three beautiful grandchildren. Most of you should remmber my mother, Mrs. Barbara Jones. She passed away in July, 2007. Lennon Pearson [last updated November, 2000] I am currently employed at Southwest Tennessee Community College (fomerly State Technical Institute at Memphis) as a Computer Technician for the past 15 years. Prior to that I was enlisted in the U.S. Army upon graduation. I was married for 7 years to the late Ms. Brenda Allen Pearson. Out of this wonderful union we have two beautiful children, Corin 12 years old and Tyneisha 10 years old. Looking over the names this has got one of the best sites I have had the honor to visit. I was on the drill team and played sax int the band. I joined the US Army after school and came home after desert storm. I am divorced now with two kids (daughter 20 who is an alumni also class of '04 and a son who is 11). I am currently working an truck driver for waste management. Let try to do an 30th reunion. As you may have guessed I am a physician and I am currently a faculty member in the Department of Family Medicine at UT, Memphis. I have been a faculty member for the last 7 years. My how time flies.
